Operation Management
We are the producer and seller.
We division our company group in 3 section
first is Factory, second is Sell office
and third is Ware house. In each section
they have different duty. For the example
sell department sell the product and warehouse
have to check for the stock and order to
factory. We use the computer system for
communication between departments. |
